Welcome to CertKivo, a certification-focused learning community at certkivo.club. These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform, digital products, educational services, and merchandise.

1. Educational Services

CertKivo provides live and on-demand courses, workshops, peer forums, and mentorship programs designed to support professional certification goals. Students may reschedule sessions up to 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. Fees for completed sessions are final and not subject to refund, as resources and instructor time are reserved upon enrollment. If CertKivo cancels a session, students may choose to transfer to another session at no extra charge or request a refund of the paid fee.

2. Digital Products

Digital products, such as eBooks, video tutorials, and downloadable materials, are delivered immediately after purchase. Customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the material is defective or inaccessible. To request a refund, contact us via our contact form with proof of issue. Once validated, CertKivo will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.

3. Merchandise

Physical merchandise purchased through CertKivo is eligible for or refund within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To initiate an or refund, contact us via our contact form with order details. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive the item sent back. Shipping costs for sending goods back are not refundable, and customers are responsible for such costs unless the or refund is due to an error by CertKivo.

4. Payments

All fees are listed in the local currency and are processed through secure payment gateways. Customers are responsible for any applicable service fees or taxes.

5. Refund Policy

Educational Services

Sessions may be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance. Completed sessions are final. If a session is canceled by CertKivo, students may transfer to another session or receive a refund.

Digital Products

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for defective or inaccessible digital materials. Proof of issue is required.

Merchandise

Items must be unused and in original packaging. Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

6. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and take effect 30 days after posting. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance.
